Mr. Norton joined the firm after earning his Master of Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University. Prior to his enrollment at Azusa Pacific, Brandon earned a Bachelor of Arts from Sacred Heart University where he was also a student-athlete.
Brandon represents both merchant and institutional developers on the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of shopping centers and mixed-used properties. Some of Mr. Norton’s major projects include Cochrane Commons – an approved 600,000 square foot Morgan Hill power center and Lighthouse Marketplace – an approved 34-acre Suisun City shopping center.
Mr. Norton’s primary markets include, but are not limited to: Solano County, Contra Costa County and Alameda County. He also supports the firm’s user clients with site selection and tenant representation services.
