Mr. Ninyo joined the firm in 2015 as a recent graduate of the University of California at Berkeley. Starting out in a research and analysis role, Marc has taken on a managing role on tenant representation, landlord representation, and investment sale assignments.
Mr. Ninyo’s landlord representation is focused on the leasing of premier shopping centers, downtown retail buildings, and mixed-use projects, serving clients such as Regency Centers, Essex Property Trust, and C&H Development Co. Marc also specializes in representing restaurants and retailers in developing store networks throughout Northern California, serving clients such as Eureka! Restaurant Group, Vitality Bowls, and Heritage Eats.
