Joe Kuvetakis
Joe Kuvetakis joined the firm in August of 2011. His specialty is all things retail: investment sales, tenant representation, ground-up development, shopping center and downtown retail leasing. As a UCLA philosophy major Joe is naturally a creative problem solver and dot-connector, which serves him well in the ever-changing retail landscape.
He began his career at Marcus & Millichap in August of 2008 and had, what he believes to be, the privilege of learning the commercial real estate business during the Great Recession. While his primary focus then was on investment sales, he joined John Cumbelich & Associate three years later, as he wanted to have a more impactful hand in curating the right tenant mixes for northern California’s downtowns and shopping destinations.
Joe’s core beliefs are to put his clients’ needs as people first, to always take the high road, to see his projects through to completion, and to pay it forward. His passion for retail continues to grow as he has seen the positive effects it can have on the surrounding markets and communities.
